We aim to ship in-stock products within 1-2 working days. Please expect longer delivery times in peak seasons (Christmas, bigger sales periods,…)

Zone 1

Slovenia

Delivery is charged start at €3 for orders shipped to countries in Zone 1.

Orders placed before 1pm CET are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday – Friday). If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.

Your order will be dispatched from our SLO warehouse and should reach you in 3 business days. Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

We aim to fulfill all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however, shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.

Zone 2 

Europe Union: Austria, Italy, Belgium, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, Romania, France, Slovakia, Germany, Greece, Spain, Hungary, Sweden, Ireland

Delivery is charged at €8.45 for orders shipped to countries in Zone 4.

Rest of the world (delivery to all other countries)

Delivery is charged at €11 for orders shipped to countries in Zone 5.

Your order will be dispatched from our SLO warehouse and should reach you in 7-14 business days. Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Shipping and Tracking

We usually ship all orders via Slovenia post, however, we may use other carriers as DHL if this is more efficient. We’ll confirm the shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our SLO warehouse.

We’ll also send you an email with your shipment information and tracking (where available) after your order has been dispatched.

Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:

  • Check your delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors.
  • Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbors to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
  • If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please contact us at info@layon,eu and we would be delighted to assist.
