Warranty and repairs

Our products are built to last and we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you need to repair a LAYON product, we will do everything possible to repair or warranty it as quickly as possible. Please be aware of the below warranty information;

REPAIR

SLEEPING PADS

We  can find and repair punctures, fix valves and reseal the seams on your sleeping pad.

PILLOWS

We can fix inflatable insert repair punctures, fix valves and mend small holes in the fabric of your pillow.


CLEANING

Your gear must be cleaned before it is sent to repair. A dirty mattress may be returned to the sender before repairs can be made.


REPAIR COSTS

Sleeping pads:

We charge 20€ to patch up to 10 punctures on your mattress.

15€ to re-apply antibacterial self cleaning coating.

Pillow:

7€ for any pillow repair.

Before claiming the warranty:

  1. Make sure you follow the HOW IT WORKS guidelines.
  2. Inflate the sleeping pad in your home and close it properly (check instructions).
  3. Next, inflate the sleeping pad and look for the leaking spots using soapy water. 
  4. If you find leaking spots, mark them and follow repair instructions.
  5. If you can’t find any leaking holes, contact us to help you individually.

WARRANTY

Experience any problems with your sleeping pad valve. Any damige that is not fixable with included repair kit is part

would like to claim your warranty, contact us and we will however provide you with free shipping once we resolve the issue, and send you either a repaired or a brand new LayOn.

Warranted products will be replaced or repaired at LayOn’s discretion. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.

To claim your warranty, just send us an email at hello@layon.eu, and we’ll provide you with all the details. 

Repairs not covered under the warranty: intentional puncture, cemical damage material, modification, abrasion, misuse, alteration, modification, abuse, taking the product apart, normal wear and tear.

If your LAYON product has repairable damage not covered by your warranty, LAYON will complete the repairs for a reasonable fee.

 

Cascade Designs will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
